renting vs. buying

People say oh just rent until the market gets back on track and it's funny what does that mean? Until the market is back to where it was increasing in value 20% every year, if that happens one year later the market will be right back to where we are today. If you got money and can afford to buy something buy something, if your all over the place and not secure in your job or financing do not buy it's as simple as that!
