Homes that are not short sales that the seller will accept the offer you submitted but you want to make the seller sell the property for it’s appraised value and then at closing have the seller give you the difference at closing made out to a company. They will tell you it's all legal and check with a lawyer, etc. these are immigrants or people who do not care about America and want to take the money right out of it.
