	Dear Fellow REALTOR®, Happy New Year! On behalf of the entire NAR Leadership Team, we want to thank each and every one of you for making 2008 an outstanding year. We realize that many of you are looking ahead to 2009, with great uncertainty. We want to assure you that NAR is working hard to address challenges and create an environment where you can succeed. In fact, we just posted a new President's Podcast with insights on what we are doing in Washington, D.C., to jump-start housing, along with a preview of some new programs and initiatives that we are launching in the weeks ahead.
