From lone ranger to team player
In the beginning I was a lone ranger. I prepared mailing pieces to send out to for-sale-by-owner sellers and my sphere of influence, and I worked on my Web site into the wee hours of the morning.

I answered phone calls at 1 a.m., talking to other agents, because I didn't have time during the day. I showed homes for hours on end. When I was in the car with family, they all had to be quiet, as I was on the phone the entire time with calls. ... CONTINUED
